Some reports are more important than others. You might call them strategic. These reports provide critical information to the corporation, and in the same format for all sites/workgroups.
The best example of a strategic report is Work Order Print.
The work order report should be tailored to show fields important to your industry/site, and, be able to process the "result set".
This report should show fields from main screen as well as planning information.
As a clever tip, you might show all possible Problem codes for the failure class and allow the worker to circle correct answer.
An example of a bad process would be
. if you discovered someone doing screen shots from WOTRACK main and handing these out as work orders.
This would be an indication of a larger problem.
