Modify VIEW LISTs to enhance Excel download feature to show more fields. Otherwise, the download button only downloads those fields which are shown on the screen. Thus, it is a good idea to display every possible field that might be used. Using power of Excel you can group data, identify duplicates, perform totals and create graphics. This design enhances overall reporting capability of your MAXIMO system and empowers the "power users".
Good examples are Work Order View List and Service Request View List.
