Dear All,
i have a problem in PR workflow, i want to give read only and route workflow rights to the finance department users. i give the read only and route workflow rights to the users. but when i route the workflow it gives me the error "Object PR is read only". how to restrict finance department users to read only and route workflow without error.

I think you're going to be limited to only be able to do what the user has security access to? (User has read only access to PR, so you can't update the record using a workflow process)
Is this something that you could automate? IE, create an escalation to fire off the workflow on a schedule, then run the escalation as MAXADMIN user.
