6.28 to 7.5 Migration help wanted

We plan to upgrade to 7.5 in midfall and are looking for resources to help us with two specific tasks.
1. We have customized our screens in 6.2x and are looking for someone to modify the XML of the native 7.5 screens to match those we ave in 6.
2. We are integrated to several outside applications in 6 via the MEA by interfacing directly to IFACE tables. We could use help in converting to the new MIF and to handle the integration via Web Services.
Does anyone have good experience with contractors who have handled either of these tasks for them without the contractor handling the entire upgrade process?
