Currently we are exploring the use of RFID tagging for assets that are located in places that are not completely obvious - think of things like fan coil units, VAV boxes or other things that may end up behind a ceiling tile or behind a closed door.
I'm curious to hear from folks who have already utilized this functionality with their assets and some recomendations as to what they think may fit this need. We already have devices able to read the 13.56 MHz band for what its worth.
