Maximo 7.1.1.7 Error (SQL Server)

From: tkuzmicky (2012-08-01 14:43)

We've just migrated from 4.1.1 to 7.1.1.7 this week and we're having issues with migrated work orders while attempting to change status'.
The error we're getting is:
BMXAA0024E - ADD is not allowed on DOCLINKS
Does anyone have an idea of what this is and how to get past it?
My recollection in 4 was that there was a place where you could set where and if Documents were copied/displayed from application to application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is for an older version. This doc mentions security settings and is at least for your version, which I'm sure you've checked...

What steps have you taken to resolve?

ALl,
Thank you for the responses...we found out that we had the "Copy to..' attribute in the Doclinks field checked "Y" and this was causing a conflict with our status changes....
