On our site there is a reliability maintenance team that does inspection of a number of assets in a specific order (to reduce walking distance). Those assets have PMs raised against them with different frequency (3 and 6 month) and some of them have job plan sequence (quarterly and annual check-ups). Every asset has its own job plan.
This team are doing one cycle during 3 months with 60-80% workload. What have not picked up last cycle will be done next cycle (frequency is not very important).
Currently the planning is done manually by planner where they review whole list of open reliability PM WOs and try to fit them into the route (modify scheduled start dates).
I wonder if we can facilitate PM hierarchies or routes to organise their work and reduce planner spend on managing all those WOs?
