Tabs orientation problem in Maximo 7.5.0.3

Hello,
We are currently testing Maximo 7.5 we have english & Arabic enabled environment,
In Arabic mode for standard application like PO,PR when we click on them bookmarks,advanced search &
list tab table columns get displayed from right side where as all tabs list,main,etc
shift towards left.
In in english mode no such problem.
If anyone has faced the same issue, can share its resolution.
Environment
MAximo 7.5.0.3
Oracle 10 g release 2
Websphere 7.0.0.15

Have you checked "mxe.bidi.support.on" property ??
