We have the following process we would like to streamline:
Outside vendors perform work on locations. They are paid a set amount (either flat rate or set number of hours) per month per location. The monthly rate is the same for duration of the contract (usually 1 year). We have a PM with attached route that is generated monthly and we need to apply the monthly cost to the workorder as well as the location.
We could create a PO with cost per location and invoice each month but we need the costs invoiced to the generated workorder that is associated with that location.
We would like to workflow or otherwise automate the invoicing process.
Does anyone have any ideas for this?
