Error attempting to approve internal PO

User is getting error BMXAA3279E "Could not change PO xxxx to status APPR" BMXAA3097E "Person does not exist or is not active".
Error is only received when it is an internal PO. i.e. they can create and approve any other type of PO. People with MAXADMIN security does not get this error .. (so obviously there is nothing wrong with a person).
Ideas?

Sounds like the issue is with Storeroom access. I assume the users in your MAXADMIN group have access to all storerooms? And the particular user seeing the error doesn't have access to the storeroom the PO items are coming from?
If this is the case, it sounds to me like you found a bug. First, because the error message is misleading. Second, I would think any user should be able to requisition from any storeroom.
One more thing -- check the Storerooms app, check to see if the storerooms in question have the "Use in PO/PR?" box checked. I'm not sure, but MAYBE this box acts like an on/off switch to allow/disallow users who aren't specifically authorized (Security Groups app, Storerooms tab) for the storeroom to requisition from it. (Hope that made sense)

IBM says it is a known issue that v7.5.0  requires the userid and the personid to be the same for approval of internal POs.  They have said that it is corrected in fix 7.5.01 and I am having them verify in v7.5.03.
