PR/PO line description - maximo 6.1

All,
We are using maximo 6.1 and we have an issue that when PR or PO is created users can change descrption of items . This create a problem since the item descrption will be different than that of inventory . How can I disable description change in PR or PO of items ?

That will be ok for item prs but not material or services prs.
