"Data is available, but not getting value from systems; plus there are disparate systems; and multiple reporting tools"
Odds are there are multiple problems to begin with.
~~Departmental goals not clear; EAM design model lacks purpose
~~KPIs exist but aren't creating meaningful results
~~Users not seeing value with time spent "feeding the monster"
Critical elements of an EAM system leadership team are missing which could help create a solid vision and provide direction.
