Maximo 7.5.0.3 View/Manage Queries

From: pmorrow8 (2012-10-29 22:02)

After upgrade to Maximo 7.5.0.3, users are not able to see 'Where' clause when they go to 'View/Manage Queries' and select one of their saved queries.
When signing on as Maxadmin, I can view the details of the where clause.
I do not see anything in Security to change - users have the 'Sigoption to control the editability of
the Clause field in View/Manage Queries
dialog' checked and the 'Sigoption to control the visibility of
the Detail section in View/Manage
Queries dialog' checked.
Any ideas where this security setting is?
It took me awhile to find the ones for AdHoc Reporting as that is in both Reporting and Security. But this is in Prod, and users want to modify their quieries - like yesterday.

This sounds very very similar to, an issue we are having with saved queries on 7503.. We have a PMR 57196,499,000 in to IBM and they are going to issue a HF.

We have also submitted a PMR.

We have found out that certain groups can still see their clauses.  These are the users that have authorization to 'ALL SITES'.  This is not a solution for this client, as they restrict their users' access by site.
If you get a solution from IBM before us, please let me know.  I will let you know as soon as we have a response.

IBM issued us a standalone fix for this. I tried it out in our development environment, and while it did fix the problem, it actually completely broke some of the screens. So its back in their court now. I will post if we get any further updates on this issue.

IBM got us what appears to be a working fix to this issue, IV30369. We have installed it in our development environment and everything looks good, pending formal testing in our next release cycle.

This is an issue that we just came across as well. Chris or others- were you able to get this corrected?
We are on version 7.5.03 seeing the same thing- Queries only show for Maxadmin users under the View/Manage Queries screen.
