Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to send the CrewID of the user that hits select action -> create -> Workorder in the service request app to the newly created workorder. I think I need a crossover but havent had much experience using them.
Maintenance Planners are using crew ID to organise their workorders and complain about "losing" them all the time.
