Help? All data fields are read only in new custom app

All -
Can anyone assist? I have a custom app that is a clone of CREATESR. When I access it, I can create new records w/no issues. When other users try to access it, all the fields are read only.
The users are in the same security group that I am in so I am baffled. Does anyone have any ideas on what might cause this?

Starting small... have you re-logged the user? Can you check the user account Security profile and verify modify access to your new app. Is the user part of a group that is independent of other groups with different access to your app?

Are you also in the maxadmin group?
