Hello,
We have two application servers in Windows
2008 Enterprise Edition Cluster. The Load
Balancer direct the request to one of the
server.
On Windows 7 client on IE 9 browser, we
obersve that some time Maximo Logout User
after displaying startcentre,
sometime when user tries to go to an
application it Logout,
some other time after entering Userid &
Password after displaying startcentre it
Logout User,
some other time it allow user to work on
application,route workflow, run reports,etc.
This behaviour we have not seen on Windows XP
client with IE 6,7 & 8.
Also another point we observe is that Maximo
Logout Eventhough Idle time has not reached.
This behaviour is irrespective of Client OS &
IE version. we increase idle time from 30 min
to 50 min also but the issue remains same.
IF anyone has face this issue can share
experience.
Environment
MAximo 7.5.0.3
Oracle 10 g release 2
Websphere 7.0.0.15
Birt Report 3.7.1.
I've seen this before. We experience the same issue with 6.2.4 but have yet to get a solid answer/fix from IBM.
