We recently upgraded from version 6.2.8 to version 7.5.02.
We chose to enable the old "Issue and Transfers" app rather than to use the new Inventory Usage module.
After the upgrade, as our users got back into the system and began issuing items and soon found that the application was setting all of our current balances incorrectly. It was actually issuing every item that was saved on the screen with each other save. In other words, if we issued item A, then saved, then issued item B, then saved, on the second save, it would, for a second time, reduce the current balance on item A even though that item was not issued this time.
Is anyone else still using the Issue and Transfers application? Has anyone else run into this problem? Does anyone know of a fix for the problem.
We were hopeful that 7.5.03 update would help the problem, but was tested in our development environment and the problem still exists.

When you save the first time, doesn't the transaction get cleared from the screen? I thought that was how Issues and Transfers was originally designed. If it's not clearing, that could be the culprit. Do you have custom code in place? Java Beans / Classes / etc? Seeing any kind of errors in the log files?
All of the implementations I've done we've just gone with the Inventory Usage app as we found more benefits to using it.
