Performance can be a number of things besides indexes.
One thing I would suggest looking at with Maximo v75 is the doclink relationships on workorder, WOactivity, wochane and worelease. Out of the box Maximo 75 and upgraded 75 had "AND" clauses for each lookup which is very slow. The solution is to rewrite them with "UNION" for a vast improvement. I'll see if I can find an example to post here.
