Good morning,
I have a Maximo 7.1 instance and it worked fine for most of my customers , internal and external. I can access and use it using IE9, Firefox and Chrome from laptop, and even on iPads and iPhone without an issue.
There is a certain user group that may have some special network/virus scan/firewall rules/javascript settings, and they are not able to use it:
1. Using IE9, the start center is all greyed out and nothing is clickable, this is right after successful login.
2. Using Firefox/Chrome, the start center is fine, but after clicking on the links, like work order number link on the inbox, or result sets. The hourglass shows up (the browser waiting icon) and stays there.
The customer is not able to use Maximo because of it, if anyone in this group has experience this before or have any suggestions, I will really appreciate if you could share.
