I don't know if this is possible but here it goes.
If I have PM's generating work orders, can I also have it print out on a networked printer in another building?
My current versions of Maximo and Actuate are:
APPLICATION SERVER:
WEBLOGIC APPLICATION SERVER 8.1.4.0
VERSION:Maximo Asset Management
MAXIMO APPLICATION 6.2.1 BUILD 156 DB BUILD V600-530
MOBILE 6.2.0 BUILD 046 DB BUILD V600-08
MICROSOFT PROJECT INTEGRATION 6.2.0 BUILD 73 DB BUILD V600-02
OIL AND GAS 6.2.1 BUILD 033 DB BUILD V600-44
SERVER OS:
WINDOWS 2003 5.2

Since you are still on 6, you can set up network printers on your actuate server.
You can then schedule the report to run in the actuate console and also define the printer for that particular report.
You will need to develop the criteria so you only print the current PM's which can also be done in the console.
