In our enterprise system, 1 site has a 3 minute delay to run the print work order details report. With both the direct print icon and the run reports option. Tried changing several security group options with no change. I added a different existing site and it magically fixed it.
I tried creating a brand new site and added it to an existing security group for the site that is having the issues, didnt fix it. This site that is in question has been using maximo since version 4 and has carried over to our current maximo 7.1.1.7
Anywhere i should be looking for a security setting? We have seen issues before when upgrading from one version to the next. Could we being seeing this since the site in question is our oldest site?

There isn't a security setting called "Add Delay to Print for Site" - can you get a transcript of the logs, both what's happening in the dB and what's in the Maximo logs with DEBUG on??
IF you can use a new site, or a different one from their location and it works fine, and then you use their security groups in a new site and it has problems there might be a problem in the Security Groups upgrade, or the indexing on the table, etc... something that's causing a delay like that should show a problem when communicating to the dB or in the Maximo logs.
If you don't find anything there - then I'd check the reports code to see if it's doing something weird like making a non-optimal call to the dB for the data due to not recognizing the site in its code (say for example that it's got all your current sites hardcoded and it queries the dB using the siteid, but for the oldest site - it doesn't so it queries the whole dB and filters in the report itself... (gaaaahhhhh)....
It may only appear fast due to the new site having no data? Etc...
