a user created a QBR that runs every Sunday at 1-00am.
He has not received it via email the last two weeks.
I validated the last run time was 3/3/13.
How do you debug/troubleshoot/identify the potential causes?
Thanks in advance.
shedule another report and see if it works.

Have you double-checked that it was setup properly in the Report Admin application? It's so simple to do again, you may just want to delete the scheduled report (not the QBR itself) and re-create the schedule.

If the report is being mailed, check that the mailing list has the proper
syntax. I had a similar problem at one point, and if I remember correctly,
the cause was the fact that I had put semi-colons between the names of the
recipients (as per Outlook). QBR apparently wants commas instead.

Have you double-checked that it was setup properly in the Report Admin
application? It's so simple to do again, you may just want to delete the
scheduled report (not the QBR itself) and re-create the schedule.

Hi,
Check the log to see if there are any errors. Then search on IBMs site for solution. There has been some issues reported with scheduling reports. the report will run immediately, but will not run if scheduled.
Good luck,
Neal

thanks to all for suggestions and help. I had the user reschedule the report and test. He received the next day as per schedule so problem resolved.
Maybe something was corrupt with the schedule reference?
