have users complaining they get the blank grey/white screen when trying to print (opening a frame with the .pdf) pdf's generated by maximo. Often they have to close the frame and run the report multiple time before it populates.
The version of Adobe Reader were 11.0.0.1 and 11.0.0.2. Anybody else experiencing these issues?
Which version of Maximo are you at?
We're still at 6.2.6. On my own computer, I've purposely stayed at Acrobat Reader 8. But I have users on Reader 10 that work fine.

I've seen this before, and had to fix it. Check the plug-in on the browser. I have seen instances where there are 2 loaded for Adobe Reader and we get the white box. The only sure fire way I've been able to fix it is to completely uninstall all Adobe Readers and reinstall a single version.
You may also want to check the settings in Adobe reader. It may be that it is trying to load the .pdf file inside of the desktop application rather than using the plug-in in IE.

We use Adobe 9.1 with our v7.1.1.6 environment and it works well, FWIW.
