Maximo Start Center layout - changing query owners

From: Mary (2013-04-19 13:03)

Does anyone have a process to change the query owners on queries that are used by a start center. I changed the owner on the query and layout tables but I am getting "portlet has not been setup" in the start center.
I don't want to have to redo the portlet - but I do need to change the query owner.
Thank you,
Mary

There's no way via the GUI that I know of. I do it by running a SQL update
against the back end.

IMO, this should be improved. People create queries and then leave the
company - and no one can do anything to edit or remove the queries. Someone
with maxadmin rights, at the least, should be able to take ownership when
that happens.

Updating it via the back end has no consequences on the Start Centers that I
have seen.
