Does anyone here use TRM RulesManager? I am receiving an error when trying to run a direct print report. The message is render: Display rules may not work in this control. Reason: Error finding rmmessenger for page reportd349. Any help would be appreciated

It does not print. The pop up stays on the screen and it never prints. I set the report logger to info and can see that the report runs, it just won't print.

How about the Rules loggers? Anything interesting there?

I have not contacted TRM. We have a rep here that will contact them. There isn't anything in the loggers. As a test I uninstalled RM and the direct print works.

I seem to recall an error with Direct Printing in older versions of RM. I would contact TRM Support or check their message boards to verify.
