Maximo has a default of three levels of failure hierarchy, (Problem-Cause-Remedy)but in the oil & gas version it talks about "as many levels as needed". Has anyone set up their Maximo system with more than three levels? Would like to know if there were any issues to deal with or problems with the set-up. I am looking into the set-up a failure hierarchy that follows ISO 14224:2006 for our process facility.
