How can we share work orders on different mobile devices to properly enter labor hours?
We want the ability to track labor hours for the same work order on multiple mobile units. We're currently experiencing problems with synchronizing the work orders on the mobile device and the desktop. As an example the work order will completed on the mobile, but the work order doesn't always synch with the server.
The crew functionality doesn't work because the teams of workers are flexible from day-to-day.
Options depend on what you are using for a mobile solution. If you have sync issues that is top priority. You have to fix that either way.
