The best place to start is to grab the WSDL for the service and pass it to
either wsdl.exe or svcutil.exe or if you're using Visual Studio just pass
in the WSDL url.
The WSDL URL can usually be found under the following path:
http://[server host name]/meaweb/wsdl/[EXTERNAL SYSTEM]_[ENTERPRISE SERVICE
NAME].wsdl
The WSDL URL is always under /meaweb/wsdl and then the file name will be a
combination of the external system name underscore enterprise service name
dot wsdl.
