Well in 7.1 it is called "View service requests", I wasn't aware that they
had renamed it "Self Service Requests" in 7.5 but I'm assuming this is the
same application.
The view service requests application can be used by requestors, which is a
free license. It has very limited functionality, allowing the user to do
some simple searching and viewing. There is no select action menu and the
interface is very simplifiied.
The service requests application is the full-featured application requiring
an express license to at least have read-only access, and at least a
secondary/limited use license to have insert or save rights.
