Dear All Maximo expert,
I use Maximo 7.5.0.3 with DB2 running on windows server 2008.
Is there anyone ever has experience that maximo screen "freezing" while entering meter reading? then you should leave the page and re-login to maximo.
the background:
I have many asset that each asset has hundreds subassemblies (second level) with each subassembly has a hours meter.
I set meter rolldown feature to all subassemblies. So that I only enter the actual hour meter reading on each top asset (parent). so that each subassembly get a delta reading.
The "freezing" screen problem comes up if the rolling down process run more than 20-25 seconds. Users get confuse of that "freezing" and wondering if the entering process succsess or not.
Please help...
