Our client has a site in china using Maximo 6.2. We have their Maximo 6.2 instance setup so that correctly shows the Chinese language characters in fields such as description on the Maximo application screens. However, we have an actuate report problem with the Chinese language characters are not showing up on reports properly. Any help would be appreciated.
