Hello,
We are on 7.5.03 and we have all fields on the WP tables marked in Maximo as being E-signatured. We also have our Work Order Application set to E-sig on Save.
When I make an addition to the plans tab for a material reservation, and then hit save- I do not get prompted for an E-signature. Has anyone seen this before?
We are trying to go towards E-signatures only on Save, so I wanted to change these WPITEM, WPMATERIAL, etc. tables to be set to only prompt for an E-sig on Save.
Has anyone done this?
This might help

did you also make the changes to the wpitem table as WPMATERIAL is a view on WPITEM this might cause an issue

Thanks, this doesn't really help me though. I have WPITEM and WPMATERIAL fields set in Database Configuration set to E-signature. I want those tables to do an E-sig upon save though.
Those two tables are not listed in the Select Action- Manage E-sig list of Applications, so I cannot set them
to e-sig on save like the Work Order table.
I wanted to know how to set the E-sig at the Application level to fire upon save, not just at the field level.

Is there a specific reason to use e-audit ?
Why not just use audit tables it tracks all changes you can see who made the change without the dialogue

Mostly, it is a request from our business users- to move away from single fields being e-signatured and to have the E-sigs on Save instead. They want everything to just be captured at the save. So I wanted to turn off the e-sigs for the fields and set the app/table to e-sig on Save.
