Hi, I've been tasked with providing the Facilities Director are report of PM backlogs. My understanding is he wants analysis of PM work orders that show what interval they are to be performed at, how often they are actually performed, and what the discrepancy (if any) is.
Can anyone provide suggestions on how to go about this?
So far, I am thinking I need to look at PMs, their interval, and frequency.
I also need to look at PM work orders and how often they are created... maybe exclude cancelled or waiting to be scheduled... or perhaps ignore PM work orders that do not have labor actuals on them?
