Hi Group, is there a way to auto populate the Target Start date field in a Work Order record, taking in consideration this field should be target finish minus alert lead days.
It doesn't make sense that the Target Start date is the same as the Target Finish if I have 15 days as alert lead days.
Is this possible?? And if it is, what SQL script should I build in order to run this escalation (action)??
You should know if your job plan has estimates on there, that affects the target finish.
