We are users of maximo 6.1 and I wonder if it is possible in security groups to restrict some users to receive pos with linetype =material only ?

I'm not sure about 6.1 but if within the security group configuration you have a restrictions tab you can set a restriction for a particular group to see only such items. You chose the main object such as workorder and then in the restriction box (ie where clause) you put in your restriction value such as linetype= material only.
