Does any one know how to edit the Change Status menu. I am unable to locate it in the Application Designer.
The one I am referring to is: Maximo7.5.0.4 Workorder trakcing > open a record > select action > Change Status
In this window I am missing the Memo field and would like to re-add it.
IS anyone familiar with this.

This is a signature option now but this option is hidden initially.
First open WOTRACK in App Designer. In the Select Action menu open Add/Modify Signature Options. Locate MEMOABOVESTATUS/MEMOBELOWSTATUS. Open each/either of these using the blue twistie on the left and check the visible option of each/either.
Now you can go to Security Groups, probably MAXEVERYONE, and grant the memo field back.
