I have a new user set up in Maximo. He is in all the correct groups to run reports.
I can log into Maximo from his PC and run reports. When he logs into Maximo and tries to run a report , the tab opens and a message of user not autherized to run report shows.
Anybody have any suggestions as to why this happens? I'm lost on this one
