Is it possible to change the label name dynamically in Maximo 7x, Based on the lookup values ?

You can do this by setting up a conditional property, based on the selected value.
The Property to be set is "label" and the value is what you want to set it to when the condition is true
Don't forget to put the normal value for the label property on the false side too.
I do this in 7.1 - should be the same in 7.5
