Fueling Transactions Import

From: (2014-02-13 09:10)

We are utilizing the Fueling Transactions Import for the first time and are getting the following error when we try to perform the import. BMXAA4191E - Document Folder Attachments in not valid.

We have verified the folder name is in the proper case and spelled correctly. Can someone help resolve this issue?

Thanks so much!!

Check the permissions on the folder.

Yes, checked that. So far all clues lead to System Properties settings for doclinks, but I have checked out all I know to check. I can say that a copy of the import file was created in the DOCLINKS\default folder for every attempt made.

Have you resolved this yet? (I don't check this forum often)
Attached documents must be set up for the fuel transactions import to work. I can see my imported files in the attached documents folder. Is your doclinks.properties file set up correctly, or do attachments work in other applications? There is a guide here for setting it up with UNC paths in Windows: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21372973 http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21372973
