Hi, we finally came to the conclusion that AD is affecting the password information access, so that's Ok. But how do we handle the failure to enter password in e-signature prompt. Everytime we try to enter the password, it identifies the password as wrong.
P.S. - Thank God we're in a validation process and we can still correct this before live start up.
