Want mobile application to collect Vehicle Inspection Rpts and Field Level Hazard Assessments

We are currently using DataSplice to track our fleet. We use the Assets module in Maximo with meter readings to track fuel usage. We use work orders with materials tab to keep track of service receipts (oil change, tire, tune-up, etc). Finally, we roll it all up to a monthly Crystal Report that shows the fuel usage and service receipts per vehicle. On the Maximo side, we use PMs with job plan sequences for different type of services that are due.
