Hi,
We have a situation in SCCD (7.5.1.1) where the Chat Now function in Self Service Center is not working.
When a user click on the Chat Now button it will pop up a window that shows "Chat With an Agent" and Cancel button only.
It does not show "Optionally, chat about a previously opened Service Request" with option to search for the SR or the "Chat Now" button before the Cancel button.
Did anybody run into this situation before? Any ideas or pointer as to what might have caused the problem?
