I'm setting Maximo 7.5.0.6 and for some reason, and for the first time in a lot of implementations that I've worked on, the Active? checkbox that is available when you create an Organization is read-only. This is preventing from completing the process of creating an organization with its correspondent site. I've created an organization but because it isn't Active?, I can't see nor modify it. I've tried application to check if by any reason the field is set to read-only, but everything is set OK. I've tried to modify the field so it's on Active? by default, but no luck either.
Any thoughts???
Shirley
Have you configured the sets and financials? https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/a9ba1efe-b731-4317-9724-a181d6155e3a/entry/creating_and_activating_an_organization_in_maximo_asset_management24?lang=en

You must identify a clearing account before the org can be made active.
Thanks,

Yes, sets and gl account is set. But because I have no Organization yet created that is Active??? I can't create the GL Components for my Clearing Account, that is by the way, readonly too.
Does your user account have "Can Access Inactive Sites?" checked?
That solved the problem... Thank you so much
You're welcome!
