Current balance adjustment not prompting electronic signature

Hi Group,
I've configured electronic signature to prompt whenever I adjust current balance from Inventory but the e-signature fails to prompt.
Here's what I did:
1. From Manage E-sig Actions checked Current Balance in Inventory application
2. From Database Configuration turned on electronic signature for NEWCURBAL, CURBAL from Inventory Balances and CURBAL and CURBALTOTAL from Inventory.
Still no electronic signature.
Any thoughts???

I seem to remember you need e-audit on as well

Have you turned on login tracking?

Yes Shannon, enable logging tracking is on, my version es 7.5.0.5

Audit is enabled, still no e-signature.

Is e-audit enabled on the field, as well as the table - I think we had to do this back on version 6

Yes Peter the table and field are audit enabled, from Invbalances and
Inventory tables, I had this problem back in version 7.5.0.1, but IBM said
it was fix. Now on version 7.5.0.6, the problem still persist.
