I'm having an issue with attachments, some users can view the attachments then the user next to them cannot view the same attachment....hmmm
Has anyone see this happen before?

we had the same issue. what browser are you using? for IE - you need to have Maximo in the trusted sites and the security we changed to med-low then make sure the option for Download signed ActiveX controls is set to Enabled.

We are using latest version of IE.
Thanks for the info on adding it to the trusted sites and Download signed ActiveX to enabled.
I will give it a try.
