Hi All,
our user need to set up an result set base on reportdate of work order on a month basis, since result set base on saved query, and there is no chance to have reportdate convert to to_char(reportdate,'mm') in the query. So is there any suggestion about this? For now we don't consider using report for this.

If you want this on startcenter resultset try introducing a ReportMonth field in WO and a script (at object launch point) to update this field as soon as WO is created.

For a startcenter resultset I'd create a view, then a relationship to the view and then use Dot. notation in the result set to show the month.(If that is what your initial question was)
