I've been asked to make some of the messages in Maximo more descriptive for end users. Some messages in Maximo use a parameter field like {0}. So for example the message:
Lines can only be added to a purchase requisition with a status of {0}.
Could display:
Lines can only be added to a purchase requisition with a status of WAPPR.
What I haven't been able to find is any reference information on what/how Maximo correlates the parameter {0} back to specific field.
Any guidance or link to KB doc would be appreciated.
