Hi There,
I have been asked if it is possible to flag a location asset when being selected in a work order. We currently have a requirement to notify users that there is an ongoing project of work for a particular asset, so not to generate a new work order with out first identifying with the contact person that is is OK to register any new work orders for that location asset.
How would you want users to be flagged or notified?

Are you looking for a field to be updated on the Asset? A pop-up like a warranty period or PM notice? The kind of notification you want will guide the complexity of a solution.
