We're running IBM Control desk v 7.5.3 (Tivoli process automation engine is version 7.5.0.7)
I have two things I want to achieve with start center filters:
1)
I it possible to configure so that filters would by default be expanded on start center result set portlets?
2)
If I filter a result set portlet, then select one record (so that I go to that application) and after that click back to start center with home button in the upper right corner the filter is still there. So the result set portlet is filtered and what is very bad is that the filter is collapsed (relates to 1) above) --> so it's very hard to notice that result set is still filtered.
In our previous system that was version 7.2 this didn't happen. So is possible to turn off this "remember filter" feature on start center portlets?
