Hi All,
we have a requirement where the doclinks attachments should get saved on the Server machine based on the machine to which the user gets directed.We have a clustered Maximo environment using load balancer.
Any help please.

You might want to revisit the requirements.
Example: UserA is directed to Server1 and saves a document under Server1:C:xxxx:document123UserB is directed to Server3 and saves a document under Server4:C:xxxx:document999
Now UserA has signed off and signs back on and is directed to Server2(S)he tries to retrieve the document but is directed to Server2:C:xxxx and document123 is not found.Same scenario for UserB.
Printing with attachments can also be a big issue.
Better scenario - set up one repository for attachments. All users can then save/retrieve documents.You can map a drive (common name) from all servers to the repository. Then users can also retrieve (open) documents if they are on the server directly.

With Clustered environment, set up the doclink folder on a NAS mount or shared Network drive and put that on the webserver settings as this is where it gets mapped to user request.

Thanks Pat.I have saved the document attachments on one server location by
giving the server path in System properties.
Also I created a mapped drive on both the servers,but can you tell me how
to read from mapped drive.We have to change which line of the httpd.conf
file so that it reads from the mapped drive path.
When I am giving the mapped drive path in Manage folders->Attachments,it is
not taking the mapped folder\doclinks\atatchments.
Kindly help.
